Delivery & Returns Policy

Order Cut-Off Time

All orders received by 2:30PM, subject to stock availability, will be shipped for next working day delivery (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays). Customers will be notified if stock is not available and alternative products/solutions discussed.

Delivery Charges – UK Mainland

Some products, due to size & weight, may be delivered by our own transport; otherwise, deliveries will be made by a reputable UK carrier or directly from the manufacturer.

Any missing or damaged items must be reported to us by e-mail within 3 days of the items being delivered. (See Product Complaints procedure below)

NB:- For orders outside UK mainland, delivery costs will be calculated and communicated on a case-by-case basis prior to despatch.

Product Returns & Refunds

You have 7 working days from receipt of goods to inform us of planned product returns. To do this either call or email us; we will then issue a product returns number that should be marked on the returns documentation and package. Please ensure all goods are in a saleable condition and securely packaged prior to return delivery to our Warehouse using a reputable UK carrier.

On receipt of goods, we will check condition of the goods and communicate receipt to you. The refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

A 20% re-stocking charge will be applied to all returns.

NB:- Products not eligible for ‘Return’:
Solvent Cement, Cleaner & other liquids, Pipe Lengths, Pipe Coils, High Purity Plastics (eg. PVDF) & Made-to-Order products.

NB:- If you wish to cancel an order that has recently been placed, please contact us.
If this order has not been processed then we can cancel and refund; however, if it has been processed the above Product Returns & Refunds process will be applied.

Product Complaints

We ensure all products despatched are in full working order at point of despatched and are more than adequately packaged; however, in the unlikely event of a product quality issue/failure please notify us straight away to discuss the issue. Photographs and any additional information will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
